Billy was extremely responsive to my questions and requests. I had been in the market for an iX for a bit and when I finally found the one I wanted, Billy maintained great communication with me to ensure that it would be available to me (being two hours away). Upon arrival, the car was cleaned/detailed and parked in the showroom. He personally did a walk around and ensured any missed spots were addressed. He also stayed late to ensure my experience with the team was satisfactory. Billy is someone who goes the extra mile for clients and I always appreciate that in any line of work.
